Our Founder, Cecily
Cecily Tinder founded Electric Beets at 49, after discovering how profoundly food choices can impact energy, clarity, and overall well-being. What started as a 30-day experiment became a new way of living – and a desire to help others realize they don’t have to feel “fine” to function.

A Name Rooted In Energy
The name ELECTRIC BEETS reflects the vibrant, dynamic energy that plants naturally emit, with a nod to the science behind their ability to create positive vibrations. In fact, plants, including beets, have been shown to produce ultrasonic vibrations that are linked to their growth and responses to their environment.
Research has found that plants release sound emissions, particularly from their stems, as they react to stress, environmental changes, and even the presence of certain frequencies.
